The MEP Division of Eastern International is a dedicated in-house unit established to deliver end-to-end MEP solutions across the company’s portfolio of projects. Serving as the preferred MEP provider for Eastern, the division also operates independently in a supervisory capacity—offering specialized management & oversight for external MEP subcontractors.
With over 370 qualified engineers, supervisors, & skilled technicians, the division has the capability to design, engineer, install, test, commission, & maintain comprehensive MEP systems. Our commitment to technical excellence & customer satisfaction is at the core of every project we undertake.
Core Capabilities
HVAC Systems
- Design, supply, installation, & commissioning of central air conditioning systems: Chillers, District Cooling, FCUs, AHUs, DX Units, Rooftop Packages.
- In-house fabrication of G.I., PIR, & Pre-Insulated Ducting; Copper & MS piping works.
- Annual maintenance contracts for industrial, commercial, & residential systems.
Electrical Systems
Full-scale design & implementation of electrical works including HV/LV panels, cable laying, transformers, lighting systems & low-current installations.
Supply & installation of control panels, motor control centers, switchgear & fixtures.
Compliant with local authority regulations & suited for residential, industrial & commercial projects.
Plumbing & Fire Protection
Comprehensive testing, commissioning & support for fire protection systems: sprinklers, smoke detectors, fire pumps, CO2 extinguishers, FM-200 systems & more.
Supply & installation of water supply systems, drainage lines, water heaters, tanks & pumps.
